The Kingsburg Chamber of Commerce is pleased to invite you to a FREE educational workshop hosted in partnership with the Fresno County Department of Public Health. 📅 Date: Monday, November 10th 🕠 Time: 5:30 PM 📍 Location: Smoke House Bar & Grill – Banquet Room 345 Sierra St., Kingsburg, CA This informative session will provide an Introduction to Environmental Health and cover important topics including: • Different permits available for food businesses • Guidelines for temporary food events • Rules for food preparation and sales in home-based (cottage) businesses • What to expect during basic health inspections Whether you’re a vendor at local events, a restaurant owner, or operate a home food business, this is a valuable opportunity to learn how to stay compliant, avoid violations, and ensure your operations meet county health standards. Come prepared to learn, take notes, and ask questions. This workshop is free of charge and open to all.
